Apartment A, 41 Westcenter Street, Winooski, VT. This is an entire brand new apartment that is around 400 square feet. This new apartment is located in an old 1850s mill building. The apartment has a new modern cool look. It has a full kitchen and acid washed concrete floors. It is ideally located in the center of Winooski walking distance to everything including several great restaurants and brew pubs. There is a river walk about one mile long. The apartment is only a few minutes drive to Burlington or about a 20 minute walk. The apartment has new furniture and has dedicated free parking as seen in listing photos.

We liked its proximity to UVM. However would have been nice to have some comunication with the owner. The bed is a double it was comfortable but small for 2 people. There are not regular drinking glasses. My husband used a coffee mug the entire time. It would have been nice to have a book of directions. Etc about the apartment. I was concerned about renting from the previous reviews, but it was perfect for what we needed..It was very cost effective.

Exterior and entrance shabby. No real lawn care. Cook ware on the range. Crumbs in the toaster. Insects and foreign objects in bathroom drawers. Remote Xfinity did not work. All we had was wifi. No local stations. No instructions for TV. Noisy upstairs tenants.

For the location & price, this place is wonderful! It was just 1 1/2 blocks from the circle in Winooski. The Mule Bar & Our House were awesome! We were able to check in early which was greatly appreciated! The only comments I’d make is the bed is a little tight as it’s a full & the toilet (macerating) was noisy if you had to go in the middle of the night. But for our 5 night stay, it was exactly what we needed!

Says brand new, definitely not!! Trash was piled HIGH behind building. Outside needs upkeep, could hardly get to the door, dead bugs, disgusting. Very impressed though with cleanliness.

Burlington Getaway
The place was perfect for us. Really very impressed with the dark roast Starbucks for the Keurig. Plenty of room for the two of us to spread out and even walkable (2 miles) to downtown. Also, Winooski has some great restaurants and bars too. Thanks!

The location was great! No Cooking Utensils (used a pie server to stir pasta) No Serving Untensils No Drinking Glasses Only 1 wine glass No dishwashing or drying rack Only 1 Hand Towel No Top Sheet on Bed Light Over Stove Not Working Coffee Maker Needs Cleaning, Filthy No Water Pressure Most of the Time No Hot Water in AM

No communication from owner
upon entering first thing noticed was 2 cabinet doors on lower kitchen cabinets were missing. The apartment was clean and neat and in a good location. We had indicated that there would be 3 people staying at the property, but there were only 2 towels furnished and no washcloths, sent email to owner with no reply, ended up purchasing. Also, bathroom door closed with difficulty and had could not be locked. No privacy in bedroom as it was open to kitchen and living room. Pillows were minimal and not comfortable.
