"Stayed here for 3 nights while attending the Rose Festival. What a lovely hotel to stay in. The reception staff were superb, so friendly and helpful, especially Gamze. She helped when we needed taxis and would speak To the driver on our behalf and explain where we wanted to go. The rooms were very clean with comfortable king size bed and bathroom with all toiletries supplied and good sized hairdryer. Breakfast was buffet style with the option of having a freshly made omelette of your choice. The restaurant for evening meal had a great selection to choose from. The hotel itself is attached to a shopping mall with another range of restaurants. Plenty parking available too if you have a car. I would definitely use this hotel again if visiting Isparta in the future."

"Positive: friendly staff, warm welcome, location close enough to Rose Festival, shopping centre & restaurants whilst in a lovely residential clean area. Queries and communication from hotel was quick. Breakfast area pleasant apart from 'spa' music. Reception area with comfy seats and a display of rose cosmetic products for sale. Discount given to guests. Negative: the room - awful. Put into a family room (tho called a suite)! Why put a 'family' on 3rd floor - NO lift. NO air conditioning. I would never have stayed in a hotel with no lift and AC but it was late when we arrived to find somewhere else. NO full length mirror except small bathroom one. No kettle for tea/coffee refreshments (despite there being a kitchen sink in room)! Why not? No safe. No door on shower. No cotton pads, earbuds, tissues - just 1 soap and 1 shower gel. Thin towels. The room had damp on ceiling which I told reception about. Net curtain torn. Shower needed cleaning. Basically a 1-2 star hotel despite the 4.6 reviews 🤔 The breakfast was very basic - only fresh fruit was watermelon. No simit. I had to ask for yogurt. The usual plastic cheese, white bread and chips! boiled eggs, tomatoes, olives, salad. Had to pay for coffee!!"

"Geçtiğimiz hafta ailemle birlikte 1 geceliğine Isparta'da konakladık ve maalesef otel deneyimimiz hayal kırıklığı oldu. Özellikle mutfaklı oda tercih etmiştik ancak otel açıklamasında belirtilen olanakların hiçbiriyle karşılaşmadık. Açıklamada belirtilen nescafe ikramı otelde yoktu. 3 yetişkin konaklamamıza rağmen odada sadece 2 adet çay bulunuyordu. Mutfak kısmında ise yine açıklamalarda yer alan fincan, tava, tencere gibi mutfak gereçleri ve özellikle mikrodalga fırın kesinlikle mevcut değildi. Ayrıca 3 yetişkin olmamıza rağmen 3. kişi için yorgan, yastık ve çarşafın hazır edilmemiş olması ve bunları ayrıca istemek zorunda kalmamız oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Hizmet kalitesi ve verilen vaatlerin tutulmaması nedeniyle bir daha tercih etmeyi düşünmediğimiz bir işletme oldu. Beklentimizi karşılamaktan çok uzak bir konaklamaydı."

"This was a good stay. It's beautifully located and walkable to central city. The property is kept spotless clean. The staff is always cheerful and willing to help. The bed was nice. Large, spacious room. Shower was great. Wifi always connected. The buffet breakfast was excellent. If your are driving, come to the back side of the property. No place to stop at the front. If you go slow, there is a narrow drive way right next to the hotel to take you to parking."

"The hotel was excellent! The views of the mountain were spectacular and the room was the most spacious and updated we've experienced on our trip. The breakfasts and dinners were good and the staff pleasant. I had a wonderful massage at the spa and would recommend it to anyone needing to relax. Also, while there you must visit the ancient ruins of Sagalassos which are the most tranquil and complete of any we have seen on our trip. "

"The hotel room was large, good equiped, fridge is very useful in hot days. Is is suprisingly unusual in Turkey. The only missing thing is balcony. Area in Isparta is full of good restaurants and markets. Ideal stay for 1 day while travelling Turkey if you want to visit Sagalassos. "
