We had a 3-night stay at the property while visiting the surrounding beaches. Excellent location, clean and comfortable. Easy access to the city centre and beaches, swimming pool, restaurant/bar on sight and spacious/comfortable rooms. Loved it.
We booked this accommodation for convenience, and it tick that box perfectly. The staff are very friendly and informative. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but it was very busy and seemed to have a great choice.
Customer service was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very neat and clean. Was surprisingly quiet being so close to the train station. Location so handy to everything. The only negative was the wet weather. Great value great stay. Thank you to staff and Management.

The property was excellent. My room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and happy to help. Only problem was there no parking outside my room. Otherwise everything was excellent

The rooms were really nice but bathroom was a little dated but still ok. The shower pressure was amazing. And beds were comfortable.

The room air conditioner was unable to turn off, change the room but it was hassle. Too small room and no space.

We take all feedback very seriously, so as to maintain our high standards. Unfortunately we are unable to assist if you do not advise us of issues during your stay. It also makes it difficult for us to rectify any potential problems, especially with air conditioning units which are regularly serviced, if you leave feedback anonymously. One can only assume you would prefer to leave negative feedback rather than enjoy your stay with us.
Great for an overnight stay on a road trip. Only downside was that there was no way to lock the door on the inside and no door wedge to stop my son from opening it. I would recommend the property put door chains or sliding bolts on the doors to accomodate families who have children who might try to do a runner.

The manager of the motel is quite rude there was no towels in my motel room to have a shower with I would not recommend this motel for anyone to stay very disgusted

We pride ourselves on our great customer service and excellent facilities. As you arrived after hours, you were provided with an envelope advising to call our mobile should you have any problems, which you failed to do, on noticing the missing towel. . It was a simple human error that no towel was left in your room. Your attitude towards our staff the next morning due to this oversight was abominable. You were understandably frustrated with the lack of a towel, however, this is no reason to treat others with such disrespect and rudeness. In future, please contact us immediately so that we may fix any issues as they might occur.
We found this place OK. But that is as far as it goes. There was dirty dishes in the cupboard. The beds were not great. And it was rather small.

Thanks for your feedback Linda. We do have a variety or room types. Should you require a larger room, please ensure to request an Executive King room on your next visit.
The property was very clean and well maintained. The bedroom and bathroom both appeared to have been recently renovated. Best of all, crisp white cotton bedding, making it comfortable. Location was excellent for us with easy walking distance to the tilt train and town centre.
