Yes we agree the bathrooms are a little dated something we are working toward improving in the future. Mid-October we will be expanding our dinner menu in the restaurant significantly and also offering breakfast as well due to overwhelming demand. We take all feedback very seriously, so as to maintain our high standards. Unfortunately we are unable to assist if you do not advise us of issues during your stay. It also makes it difficult for us to rectify any potential problems, especially with air conditioning units which are regularly serviced, if you leave feedback anonymously. One can only assume you would prefer to leave negative feedback rather than enjoy your stay with us.

We pride ourselves on our great customer service and excellent facilities. As you arrived after hours, you were provided with an envelope advising to call our mobile should you have any problems, which you failed to do, on noticing the missing towel. . It was a simple human error that no towel was left in your room. Your attitude towards our staff the next morning due to this oversight was abominable. You were understandably frustrated with the lack of a towel, however, this is no reason to treat others with such disrespect and rudeness. In future, please contact us immediately so that we may fix any issues as they might occur.
