"The place was perfect for us as a family with three kids under 12. It was comfortable, cosy, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we felt immediately at ease from the moment we arrived. The location was convenient, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made our stay exceptionally enjoyable. We would happily return — it’s a wonderful place for families."

"Nice quiet property in a convenient location closer to Mt Buller, with more than enough space for a group of 5 adults. Only issue was a limited amount of hand soap and no matches for the fireplace. Otherwise was a great place to stay and would recommend it to others."

"We are a family of 3 with a preschooler. We had so much fun playing on the snow just outside the hotel. The village is just few minutes walk while the scenery is very nice. The staff are very nice and accommodating. We would have love to go to the pool but it’s only available for adults."

"Our stay at this chalet was an absolute delight. We were 11 people, a mix of friends and family with two little ones and was spacious for all of us. Mike and Anna greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the chalet. They are both friendly and accommodating. They were also really good with communication and instructions prior to arrival. The place was neat and clean, the beds and pillows were comfy, the towels were hotel standard, the hot water and showers worked well with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, the living/dining room had a good layout, the heaters worked well and kept us warm, the kitchen was well equipped for all meals, and to top it off, there was a jacuzzi! Wifi and foxtel were nice to have too. The location of the chalet is at a prime spot, about a 5-10min walk to the village. Undoubtedly the most luxurious and self-contained accommodation I've experienced on the mountain. I would highly recommend staying here!"
