"We stayed at the Pullman Sydney Airport Hotel for three nights last week and, unfortunately, the experience fell short of the standard we would normally expect from the Pullman brand. The room had several issues, including staining on the carpet in multiple locations, a refrigerator that did not maintain a sufficiently cold temperature to keep milk properly chilled, and a non-functioning bathroom nightlight. We were also disappointed to find that valet parking was no longer available, as this is a service we would normally associate with a hotel of this calibre. On our first night, we ordered room service. While the meal was acceptable, the chicken wings ordered by my wife were coated in an excessively hot sauce that made them almost inedible. Overall, these issues detracted from our stay and left us disappointed. We expect a higher level of room maintenance, functionality and service from a Pullman property, and we hope management will address these concerns to bring the hotel back up to its usual standard."
