Pleasant relaxation

Unfortunately, the hot pool is still not in operation. Room cleaning is very sloppy. I really appreciate the good food and the great selection, as well as the new sauna world.

The level of service is declining

Excellent food, unfortunately the sparkling wine for breakfast is no longer available. The hot pool is out of order. Cleaning only on request, I have never encountered this.

Due to the construction work, movement trough hotel is limited, also no common areas. Only two elevators are in operation, when it is crowded, you have to wait for ten minutes. There are no clear signs for the staircase, in case of fire, safety is zero. Zhe rooms are not daily cleaned, there was no maid service in three days, changing towels is charged separately even though it was not stated when booking.

Wir waren als Familie, mit 2 Teenager-Kindern für 3 Nächte dort und hatten eine ganz wundervolle Zeit. Klar ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Zimmer (Superior-Zweibettzimmer mit Verbindungstüre) waren total in Ordnung, sehr geräumig und sauber so wie auch der Rest des Hotels. Wir hatten alles, was wir für einen tollen Aufenthalt gebraucht haben. Die Badelandschaft ist ausreichend und macht Freude, das Freizeitangebot (Fitnesscenter, Spieltische, Billard, Tischtennis,..) macht Spaß. Die Verpflegung ist sehr, sehr toll. Man kann quasi rund um die Uhr essen und trinken, an der Qualität gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, es gibt sogar eine eigene kleine Essensecke für Allergiker, Veganer. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten alles was wir brauchten und mehr und kommen gerne wieder!

Бюкфюрдо прекрасен и зимой!

Мы провели прекрасные новогодние каникулы 2020 вдали от городской суеты, с пользой для здоровья. Особенно понравилось отзывчивое отношение персонала. Ресепшн - прекрасно говорит по- русски NEMETH DORIAN , именно DORIAN и его коллега на ресепшн TOMAS помогли нам решить все мелкие неурядицы. Прекрасно готовят в ресторане, отдельное спасибо шеф- повару, а также лучшему официанту RADVANYI LASZLO !!!! LASZLO каждый наш визит в ресторан делал незабываемым! Желаем ребятам процветания и обязательно приедем еще, уже в обновленные номера !!! Спасибо и до скорой встречи!

Velmi zdařilý již opakovaný relax.pobyt v Maďarsku

Opakovaný pobyt-opět velmi příjemný!Zdůraznili bychom zvláště čistotu pokoje,jeho velikost a uspořádání.Prvotřídní SPA a wellnes. Trochu pokulhávala rychlost WiFi síť a opak.se stalo,že jsme trochu hledali volný stůl v restauraci (hodně jich bylo rezervováno předem).Jednou z hlavních předností byla opět prvotřídní kuchyně !!!

Kellemes volt. A felújított szinten voltunk ami nagyon kellemes, megfelelő volt. Az All inclusive ellátás még kellemesebbé tette az ott tartózkodásunkat. Az étkezések is változatos kínálatot biztosítottak. A kappucsino ami az autómatából jött, az nekem nem ízlett. A wifi többször gyenge volt, lassú.
