"The bathroom had a terrible mildew smell. The thermostat did not work. Had to run the AC at the wall all night to bring the room temperature down from 80 degrees."

"Hotel honestly didn't look like much from the outside, but the lobby was nice and the room was really good. Place was clean, with good shower and comfy beds. Checking in was a bit odd - we called a number using a phone placed at the front desk, and they walked us through check in. They gave us a code to a little lock box, where we retrieved our room key. Checking out the next morning was the same - we just left our key in a little drop box. We didn't see any humans the whole time we were there."

"The equipment to the rooms are terrible, the heat air conditioner didnt work. They switched rooms then the tvs volume was low and could here many of the channels and they wouldn't switch rooms. Exercise equipement was not working as should. They make you give them a credit card number and they willnot swipe it but put it in manually for alleged incidentals when you book with expedia or other cites, and say they will charge you after you check out without your knowledge if something is missing or wrong. They wouldn't check the room at check out to give an ok and cancel the CC out of the system. Anything but quaility to that in Never again"
