- For vacation or business, this 1500SF 3-bedroom one bath lower apartment affords both. There is a dedicated office area adjacent to the common living/dining room (and upon request, a treadmill is available for extended stays). 50" LG TV in common area, 40" Aquos in Bdrm 1, 32" Aquos in Bdrm 2, and monitor in the office area (Youtube TV on Firesticks and Roku or use your portable devices). WIFI sufficient for all your needs. Furnace, zoned heating and a/c, in addition to a remote controlled gas fireplace will keep you comfortable in any season. A fully stocked kitchen, jacuzzi tub/shower, combination safe and private backyard deck (off bedroom2’s secure sliding glass door) will enhance your stay. Off street front parking pad, keyless entry, and security cam at front entry (additional free street parking is also available).
