Nice hotel in a good location. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable and the service was great. The bathroom wasn't the biggest and we had issue with the shower screen leaking water down the side of the bath, but overall good

Excellent location , clean , upgraded, affordable Very convenient...walking distance to many things. Because of that our Second time here , small problem :reception ordered taxi to the airport and it was late 40 minutes so we were waiting , finally got in on our own , barely catches our flight ... that was stressful Don't know what happened , otherwise the hotel is excellent for the price...

Comfy hotel good location

Everything was perfect , linen and towels were worn and old . Location excellent!!!! Water heater , micro mini fridge made our stay more comfortable Front desk super nice, let our luggage (2 cary on) live there for a whole week until we came back from the Iguassu falls I was very surprised and happy for it😃 because airline did not let carry it😔 ( Smart Jet)

I had a wonderful experience at Up Congreso Hotel during my recent trip to Buenos Aires. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Congress Palace and a short walk to iconic spots like Palacio Barolo and Café Tortoni. The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed—comfortable bed, Smart TV, and reliable WiFi. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist with local recommendations and quick check-in. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch, and the jacuzzi in my premium room was perfect for unwinding. Great value for money and a prime spot for exploring the city. I’d definitely return!

Good hotel but the area is not so safe at night time (after 9.30 pm) Very easy to walk around and you can Reach most touristic Places easily. No problem for breakfast you can chose what coffee bar you want at walking distante.

Helpful staff when I asked questions. Overall very clean and modern. Weird bathtub door thing made it easy to drip water on the floor. Window didn't have good sound insulation but it wasn't the busiest street.

This modern clean property is the perfect base from which to explore Buenos Aires - everything is within walking distance. Even though they do not offer breakfast there is a convenient 'eating area' with microwave, kettle, coffee machine with all day free coffee which all is great. The best thing about the place though are the super helpful reception staff - they are amazing - special shout out to Valentine!! Thank-you to you all - you are what makes this place a great experience!

Good stay and room temperature was below average

The room temperature was not satisfactory. Often it was very cold for 2 out of 4 days and required multiple attempts to address on both day 1 and 2 of stay. Outside of that, hotel is centrally located and in a safe area

Hotel and area are terrific. The air conditioning unit in my room was unresponsive and the room was extremely cold which is the only reason I gave only 4 stars under the property condition category. Would stay here again!
