The only good thing about this hotel is the location The reception staff were incredibly unhelpful, even towards a solo female traveller, the room was really shabby, bedsheets torn, ( plenty of photographic evidence) bitten to death by bedmites, bathroom was falling to pieces, only one ancient lift working. I'm a travel writer and very well globally travelled, this place just has a very thin veneer of civility hiding many cracks. Tolerable for a cheap central stay

Great location, great staff. Poor in hotel restaurant. Plumbing in washroom very old broken. Water ran constantly.

Towels are very old and worn out. The sheets and pillows have hairs. Very noisy, windows don’t shut properly in my room. They charge me from the minibar when I didn’t use anything from there.

Pros...The hotel is in a great location. The shower had nice, hot running water. They have a currency exchange at the front desk. Cons... extremely noisy at night. But that's a given I guess, given on it's location. My friend's room was next to the elevator and she could hear it run day/night. The tv didnt work, but we didnt have time to watch it, anyways. Towels were old. My pillow had stains on it, so i draped my scarf over it.

If you work or study online, don’t stay here, internet is almost non existent. Had to go to coffee shop. Towels are dirty and the hotel is loud, other than that, great staff.

Centrally located, Near to major road and and important places to visit, The premises earn't well maintain, Towels are old and the worse part was the mattress the spring were all giving up, you sink in, My back hurts after first night, I have to place a pillow under and a blanket to keep it even and to provide more support.

Actually my review is for the other hotel they send us duo a floor close in this hotel, the other location in San Temo is really bad, the hotel can not offer anything is so small you have just the lobby and the rooms are so small and noise, bathrooms looks like a 2 star hotels. we stay ones at Unique Executive and is not bad nicer rooms and bathroom and better locations to bad they change us.

It was relatively cheap for the peak holiday season and it’s very well located. Central and still very quiet room. However, the pictures are not representative of the rooms you get. It’s my second stay at this place so I can now say it confidently. They really need maintenance and deep cleaning.

Hotel antigo, nosso quarto precisava de manutenções básicas, como arrumar torneira pingando, trocar a cortina que é menor que a janela e não veda totalmente …nosso primeiro quarto estava com ar condicionado quebrado, reclamamos no dia seguinte e não arrumaram, somente no outro dia em que fizemos nova reclamação, nos trocaram de quarto e isso atrasou a nossa programação diária …mas no final deu tudo certo. A localização é excelente.Arrumação do quarto tb boa e diária.

Una estadía de terror
Una experiencia terrible, el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, pero el servicio es pésimo, la primer noche pasamos en una habitación sin aire acondicionado (estaba malo), y como el hotel estaba lleno, entonces nos tuvimos que conformar con pasar una noche de terror a 31C porque no tenian habitaciones, y el otro día no hicieron limpieza ni cambio de toallas, y tampoco nos avisaron el porqué, llamamos a recepción en todas las ocasiones y nos decían que nos iban a resolver y no lo hacían y cuando era de noche, simplemente decían que a esa hora no había soporte de mantenimiento y de las mucamas.

Péssimo do começo ao fim
As fotos publicadas no anúncio dão a entender que o hotel é muito melhor do que de realmente ele é - nem a fachada corresponde aos fatos. As instalações são muito velhas e estão em péssimo estado de conservação. Passamos por dois quartos diferentes, os banheiros não tinham box, em um deles o chuveiro estava virado contra a cortina plástica - impossível tomar banho sem provocar uma inundação. Não tem sequer onde colocar um sabonete - ou segura o tempo todo ou coloca no chão. A varanda charmosa com vista para o Obelisco que aparece no anúncio está o tempo todo fechada. Ficamos no 11º andar - que não é servido por elevador. Precisamos parar no 10° e subir uma escada muito estreita para chegar ao 11º. Fizemos isso com as malas e sozinhos - porque o hotel não oferece qualquer ajuda. Ainda sobre os serviços de hotelaria, tínhamos duas reservas separadas por uma viagem curta, de três dias, ao Ushuaia. O hotel se recusou a guardar nossas malas - o que é praxe em qualquer estabelecimento de mínima qualidade - isso mesmo existindo uma segunda reserva com eles (voltaríamos para o mesmo hotel.) O café da manhã é fraco e o espaço destinado para serví-lo não comporta nem de longe o número de hóspedes. O hotel é bem localizado, mas a rua não tem acesso para carros, quem vem do aeroporto com Uber ou táxi acaba na esquina - se for à noite, passará com as malas por um calçadão mal iluminado e hostil.

A localização é o ponto alto da hospedagem! É MUITO boa. O hotel pode até ter sido, um dia, 4 estrelas… hoje, é 2, no máximo. Precisa de reforma. De resto, não tenho o que reclamar. O atendimento é bom e a limpeza não deixou a desejar. Não me arrependo.

Muito ruim. Prédio antigo. Quarto claustrofóbico e velho. Parece o hotel Transilvânia. Paguei 02 diárias, mas só consegui ficar 01. Sensação de insegurança muito grande. Só salvou o atendente Lucas, que nos ajudou quando precisamos. Não recomendo fortemente.

Muitos pontos negativos, hotel antigo e sem manutenção, frigobar não gela, toalhas velhas, tivemos problemas no vaso sanitário e vasamento do banheiro acima chovendo no nosso, torneiras nao funcionando, sem tapete no banheiro nenhum dia, itens de banheiro não repostos a ponto de faltar papel higiênico, café da manhã não variou nenhum item por 5 dias. Boa localização.
