You can enjoy the best views from the 19th floor in a tower with a pool, sauna, tennis court, meeting room and garage. It is located on picturesque Calle Guemes, 3 blocks from Shopping Alto Palermo, 2 blocks from Subway Line D, 1 block from Av. Santa Fe. Two minutes away you will find bars, restaurants, banks, and coffee shops. Absolutely so you have an enjoyable experience. The space The apartment is spacious and bright, 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, kitchen, winter living room, winter living room, laundry room and 3 bathrooms. Dining room with a comfortable sofa and 50'TV, air conditioning, and table for 6 people with spectacular views of the city. Master bedroom with a queen size double bed, placard and TV with chromecast. Secondary room, has 2 single beds a desk and placard. Full kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, oven. There are 2 full bathrooms with a bathtub and 1 reception bathroom in the living room. Access to the terrace is directly through the apartment where you can enjoy spectacular views west of Buenos Aires city. In the winter lounge there are books in Spanish and English and board games. Guest access Guests are able to access the entire apartment. The access to the pool is free. Access to the sauna is with prior reservation at the reception of the building. The host was warm, helpful, and very communicative, and always quick to respond. They provided clear and detailed instructions for arrival and entry, which made everything smooth and easy from the beginning.The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and photos. It was very clean, quiet, and well furnished, with comfortable beds, plenty of storage, and a lovely view of the city. The building and neighborhood felt very safe and secure. The location was excellent and easy to find, and we were able to walk to many shops, cafés, and restaurants in Palermo. The Wi-Fi worked great, the water pressure was strong, and the bedroom air conditioning units were very effective.The main living area air conditioning unit had a small leak during our stay. We let the host know, and they were responsive and appreciative of the update. The other units worked perfectly, so it did not impact our overall experience.We also really appreciated the host’s flexibility on our last day. Although a late checkout was not possible because another guest was arriving, they arranged for us to leave our luggage with the security guard so we could enjoy our final day in Buenos Aires without having to manage our bags. Overall, it was a great value and a very positive experience. We would happily stay here again. ##### Shea V. Apartment has nice outdoor space to hang out. Convenient to shops and restaurants. My teenage son and husband enjoyed the pool and gym. Could use a deep clean. Would rent it again for sure.
