It is a misleading offer according to the pictures shown in the ad. The room (no. 111) is VERY SMALL. The floor was wiped probably with the same mop they cleaned the urine, so the smell was horrendous. The view (supposed to be to the polo field) was a wall from the next building. Really a bad experience. If you want to be UNCOMFORTABLE that is the place.

The rooms are miniature. If I had booked this room for anything longer than I did, I would have been very upset. Two people with luggage cannot really fit into the elevator. The place was clean, though and the shared space (which is the picture they use for their profile) was nice.

It is a beautiful hotel, close to restaurants and around a fancy and expensive area of Buenos Aires. The staff was nice; however, when we contacted them regarding the check in time, they said 3pm rather than 2pm (listed in the Expedia website). After going back and forth, they allowed us to do an earlier check in. Also, the hotel did not have any sign on the street to recognize it. The elevators were funny, very small and opening after pushing the door. Other than that, the experience was great. They had coffee and bakery for free and other things to buy.

First of all I want to emphasize that we are more than grateful that you have selected us among so many options when choosing accommodation.We will review the check-in time listed on Expedia and will proceed to correct the error as soon as possible. Thank you very much for noticing and reporting it.As for the sign outside, it happens that we only operate on the first two floors of the building, the remaining 13 floors have other owners. Therefore we are not allowed to place any type of billboard.We are glad that overall you had a good experience. Our doors are open whenever you want to return! Greetings!

This is a really nice little spot overlooking the Polo field! I'm not sure about the other rooms but ours was very small - really just a bed and a bathroom but it was clean and comfortable and the staff were just lovely.

We do have Housekeeping staff available, but the service is on request, as it's stated when checking in and it's also written in the signs on each room. Just right for the two of us, easy and affordable taxi transfer, friendly staff, and we liked being able to leave our bags with front desk while we explored Buenos Aires on foot next day.

Elevator did not work, so had to carry luggage up stairs. Only 1 key, and it operated power so both of us had to be in the room for the power to work. Bathroom window was open when we arrived, so there were many mosquitoes we had to kill.

Nice and cozy room in Buenos Aires
It was a great place to stay while visiting Buenos Aires. It's located close to a subway station and from there you could get anywhere. While we were there taxis and ride share were relatively cheap so we also used that as a means of transportation. The rooms are cozy, clean and relatively spacious. The bathroom includes a shower and a half a door so water tends to get everywhere. We were using 1 towel a day to dry the floor. We were missing hand towels the second day of our stay but we asked the receptionist for some. Breakfast is simple and consists only of coffee, croissants, white bread, and different spreads (peach jam, strawberry jam, cream cheese).

I had a very pleasure stay at Clayton Buenos Aires. Celeste, Micaela, Melina and all other staff were very helpful and friendly, and they were always there whenever I needed assistance (I don’t speak Spanish). I'm female solo traveler and walked around the neighborhood late night by myself but felt safe. There are also many good restaurants and Western Union (for exchange). Highly recommend and will stay again!

I stayed at Clayton Buenos Aires because I wanted to spend some time in the Palermo area. The hotel was well positioned and an easy walk to restaurants and public transport. I was able to take the overground train to the Retiro transport hub quickly and easily. It was a short walk to the large parks and gardens that Palermo is known for. My room was small but very comfortable and quiet. I was able to open up a sliding door where there was a small terrace.There are excellent common areas to sit and relax with views over the polo ground. There is a kitchen area where coffee and water are freely available and a basic self serve breakfast is provided. The hotel is well set up for those who may need to work while they are there. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. It was an enjoyable stay.

More than I was expecting!
I had lost my flight and needed somewhere not fancy to spend 18 hours...Clayton Bs.As is well located (walking distance from supermarket, malls, and Palermo park...), with a nice and friendly staff, and with a good price. Experience was nice, more than I was expecting.

Very unhappy with my stay at Clayton. The facilities were okay but I was significantly overcharged. After upgrading my room the second night I was charge the full price for both my new and original rooms. Management was incredibly unhelpful and refused to do anything after the fact.
