Apartment with yard and shared pool, 500m from wonderful white sandy beach

  • The apartment is located within the Capannizza facility, a resort laying about 500m away from the white sandy beaches of Budoni.
    It is composed by a wide living room with kitchen, dining table and couch, two bedrooms with double / twin bed each and a bathroom with shower.
    The front door takes you, trough a 15sqm covered porch, to the 130sqm front yard, a back yard of about 200sqm is also available.
    The apartment is also furnished with air conditioning, 26 "satellite TV set, dish washer, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle and all necessary cooking utensils. A BBQ is also provided.
    A private parking spot is also available.

    Shared swimming pool open from beginning of May till the end of October.
