We booked an apartment not a room, and it was really a home away from home. Never saw a room so I can’t comment on the hotel, except for the breakfast and staff, both very good. Maintenance at the apartment could use some work (doors squeak). Also housekeeping could use some upgrades (the soap bottle was empty and they never checked or refill it). However, overall it’s a great property and you can’t beat the location, in the middle of a very nice pedestrian zone and walking distance to a lot of the historical buildings as well as great restaurants.

Excellent, restful stay at this central hotel. My apartment was very comfortable and the quiet walking street in front is great. There is some warping of floor covering in the hall

One of the best hotel stays we've had! The staff are so polite, knowledgeable and attentive - we felt so welcomed and they were fantastic help, cannot express our gratitude enough. As for the room itself, it was fantastic; extremely comfortable and quiet with everything we needed. Great location too for many cafes or hopping on the M1 line at Opera.
