"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. The chalet itself is beautiful, warm and extremely comfortable, with stunning views over the Samoëns valley.We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the log fire, which made evenings incredibly cosy after busy days exploring the area.
