Spacious studio apartment 45 sqm (500 sqf) plus a balcony, bright, quiet, very safe (National Police Headquarters right behind the building), security cameras in the common areas, central located, quiet, 100 metres from metro/subway station, 70 metres cross the street from the new Dinamo olimpic pool (great place to unwind and exercise), free parking right in front of the building.  
Very high speed internet 1000 Mbs.  
New Samsung smart Tv with all the applications.   
Smoking allowed on the balcony only, please.
