The unique personality of this space is offered by the combination of elegance and refined finishes with a space of exquisite design with exposed bricks that reach a perfect harmony with furniture and colors.  
  
The sleeping area is characterized by its elegant and warm atmosphere achieved through the use of pastel and cream tones, suitably accompanied by elegant grey furniture.  
  
All the needed amenities for a comfortable stay are integrated into the space, making this apartment a perfect home.  
  
What our homey apartment has to offer:  
  
\- A sleeping area with a Double bed;  
\- Netflix available on Smart TV (no TV cable);  
\- Free unlimited fast Wi-Fi Internet;  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle;

You have private access to the whole accommodation and its amenities. All of the apartment’s features are there for you to enjoy.  
  
It gives us no bigger pleasure than to be part of your amazing experience while in Bucharest. That being said, we are reachable 24/7 for any inquiries, suggestions, or issues you might have.  
  
The home is located in the North part of the city, next to one of the most important business buildings and offices of multinational companies. At 15 minutes by walk can be found Promenada Mall and some of the bests restaurants in Bucharest. Also, at about 3 km you can find Floreasca Park and Lake and at about 6 km is one of the most beautiful parks in Bucharest, King Mihai I Park.  
  
The location is extremely accessible. It can be reached only in 15 minutes by car from the airport and 20 minutes from the railway station. At 20 minutes by walk is located the metro station "Aurel Vlaicu" and the station of various buses. Right in the front of the complex can be found the station for bus 461\. We can send you all the information regarding traveling options like taxis, ridesharing, metro, buses, trams.

 \- EN: To fully comply with Romanian regulations, we must ask all of our guests to complete the accommodation form. It is mandatory to send us a photo with your ID (even if you will not actually be staying) and a photo with the ID of all the people who will enter the apartment. The check-in procedure is possible only based on this documentation.  
  
Please note:  
\- All the IDs sent must be valid;  
\- The guest making the reservation should have +18 years;  
\- All the minors must be accompanied by a family member/legal tutor;  
Without fulfilling these conditions, check-in will not be possible.

in their homey after 11:30 (and hasn’t confirmed a late checkout) will be charged for an extra night, the cost of rescheduling the cleaning services, and the cost of relocation or cancellation of the next reservation.  
  
Please take into consideration that the cleaning services are scheduled for 11:00 AM and rescheduling the cleaning services cost 20€.  
  
LOST OBJECTS:  
Please note that we are not responsible for personal items forgotten in the apartment after check-out. If it happens to forget an object in the apartment, please write to us as soon as you notice the lack of it. We will be   
happy to help you, but if we do not succeed, please do not be mad with us :)  
  
Finding a forgotten object depends on many factors, which are not 100% in our control.

#### Amazing stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Five-star experience all around. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!
