We spend 1 night for a baseball tournaments. Price was competitive. Overall the place was ok, bathroom was small for 2 adjults and 2 kids. It was clean all tho I found an earring on the floor. We only had 3 large towels for 4 people. Second room was missing batteries to the remote and they had some issues with the toilet. Overall it was ok, will not book that place again.

carpet was filthy, full of dirt. vacuuming by hotel cleaning staff did not work. it was too dirty and needs to be carpet cleaned professionally. couldn't walk without getting bottom of feet or shoes black!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Noise was non-stop and perpetuated by housecleaning staff as well as guests. Room we stayed in first night smelled like a bottle of men's aftershave had been dumped on the floor. Maid loud outside of rooms laughing and yelling at 6:30 am. Worst of all, day after I complained to the front desk, after our room was cleaned, the fitted sheet on our bed was smeared with feces!! Not a lot, just a smear about the size of an index finger mid-way down the sheet. If I hadn't been checking the sheets, I probably would have missed it. We left a day early even though we had already paid.

Very nice for a budget motel
The room was in excellent condition. You can tell it was painted by people who know how to paint. The breakfast was a bit skimpy. Just coffee, juice, instant oatmeal and granola bars.

Pretty nice property They advertise breakfast I stood under a sign at the Coffee machine that said super breakfast but the only thing there was coffee?? I could see it if they didn’t have many customer ,but they Were full??

This location had fake pictures to display the motel / there was NO breakfast like the pictures reflected (ORANGE JUICE AND ANOTHER DARK COLORED LIQUID - No coffee brewing ) and a pet friendly location has a hidden charge at the bottom of listing info - I use pet friendly locations ALL the time and NEVER pay any additional fee ... AND there was trash in the trash can from previous whom ever ... move on there are other locations close by you can stay at ... VERY DISAPOINTING

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. Front desk lady was friendly and efficient. The room was updated and well maintained. The bed and pillows were perfect for my taste. Hot shower and plenty of walk around room. Continental breakfast was scarce but this hotel was within walking distance to a Wendy’s. I will not hesitate to stay here again when I’m in Benton.

There was no breakfast. We checked in with 3 adults and after cleaning the room, would only leave towels for 2 and we would have to go to the front desk to get more towels. The walls in the room were filthy, especially in the bathroom. The walls were beige and we used a towel to clean and it was like mud. Medication came up missing.

When I booked this hotel I specifically asked for a handicap room due to mobility issues for myself. My husband and I were told by the lady working the desk that “people who were staying for a longer period of time were more important.” The staff was very rude! When we finally got to our room it was dirty. There was dust on the fan, the carpet looked like it hadn’t vacuumed. They advertise “breakfast included” but we were told by the front desk that all they had for “breakfast” was coffee and orange juice.
