Contactless check-in & out! This perfect countryside retreat is situated on 15 acres of private property (Oasis Ranch!) JUST 15 minutes from Kyle Field Stadium and 5 minutes from the extremely idyllic Lake Bryan that offers, boating, fishing, bike trails, a nice onsite restaurant (Lakeside Icehouse) which has excellent food, live music and great sunsets. On this large property, there is plenty of space to park your boat and jet skis! The property offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with space for up to 6 guests comfortably. The master bedroom has a newly renovated bathroom with a jacuzzi and a large balcony veranda/pergola with views of the property’s charming pond which you can also use for a little fishing! The property has a new GREAT spa and outdoor kitchen with two grills, fire pit and patio area with plenty of seating. Recently added outdoor decoration lights for parties. Upon request party setup (tables, chairs, and a dance floor) can be included for an additional fee. We are just 15 minutes away from the A&M University which offers many activities including theatre shows, museum, libraries and cultural walks on the campus area. The campus is also home to the Kyle Field Stadium! The stadium has been home to the Aggie football team since 1905. The location was just far enough from College Station to feel like getaway and close enough to campus to enjoy the game. Our kids even asked if we could move here! The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. However, we spent most of our time in the outdoor living space, choosing to read, cook, eat, and play games out there. We also did some fishing, hot tubbing and spent time around the fire pit. This was a great place to go out in the middle of nowhere and enjoy time with your family. The house was absolutely beautiful, and had great amenities. The hot tub was perfect, and the outdoor grill. The only downfall was that the AC kept freezing but owners assured that it would get fixed for the next guest. Wish there would’ve been more things available to our needs, (extra towels, more trash bags, and more shampoo and conditioner.) Great price for everything they had for you to do. The property was clean and the 2 bedrooms were spacious. The outdoor area was really great with a large outdoor kitchen area and a spacious relaxing area. There was a firepit that we sat around and relaxed. My husband tried his hand at fishing, but no luck. However the owner left fishing poles to use. Everything was very clean, and the owner was very accommodating. He had it cleaned early for us to stay for our evacuation and a welcome basket waiting for us. Even though there are only two bedrooms, the house itself was very spacious and would be comfortable for a good size gathering. The indoor and outdoor spaces were clean and well stocked with new appliances and furniture. The outdoor area was excellent and where we spent most of our time hanging out, making s'mores over the fire pit, grilling, and in the hot tub. We caught small fish in the pond and the owner was even kind enough to have rods and reels available for us. It's close to wineries and other places if you want to venture out.
