A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

This is our part-time home, and we're happy to share it with guests who will treat it with the same care we do.

◆ HOME INFORMATION

+ A few closets are reserved for owner storage
+ Garage is not available to guests
+ The home is fully prepared and stocked for your stay
+ Maximum of four vehicles may park overnight in the driveway
+ Please let us know ahead of time if additional overnight parking is needed

HOUSE GUIDELINES

We love hosting guests who are here to enjoy Aggieland, reconnect with family and friends, and make lasting memories.

◆ PLEASE NOTE

+ No parties or large events without prior written approval
+ Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM
+ No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
+ No pets
+ Ideal for families and respectful groups

◆ GUEST POLICY

+ Your reservation must reflect the correct number of overnight guests, and person who booked must be present
+ All visitors must be disclosed before booking
+ Undisclosed guests or visitors may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation

◆ GATHERINGS

+ Small gatherings under 20 total people may be permitted with prior approval
+ Gatherings of 20–50 people require prior approval and a $10 per-person fee for visitors not staying overnight, and additional cleaning fee.
+ We reserve the right to decline any gathering that is not a good fit for our neighborhood

Please remember this is a quiet residential neighborhood. While we only have one direct neighbor for part of the year, they are elderly and we kindly ask that all guests help us be respectful neighbors.

POOL RULES

For everyone's safety, please leave all pool equipment exactly as you find it.

◆ POOL EQUIPMENT

+ Do not touch pumps, valves, timers, or control equipment
+ Do not attempt to operate fountains or bubblers
+ If you have questions about the pool, simply reach out—we're happy to help

+ Tampering with pool equipment may result in a minimum $1,000 charge, plus the full cost of any repairs caused by improper operation.


+This is a shallow pool — NO DIVING at any time.
+Our pool area is enclosed by a 5-foot fence to help limit unsupervised access, but the fence is not a substitute for adult supervision. Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times when in or around the pool.

+Please do not climb, sit, stand, or play on the pool water feature. It is not designed to support weight, and specific stones are loose by design for the water features.

+No glass beyond the pool fence or around the pool under any circumstances. Broken glass may require the pool to be drained to protect swimmers and the pool system, and associated remediation or repair costs may be charged to the guest.

CHILDREN + SAFETY

+We love hosting families and have designed our home to be kid-friendly, but please note that it is not baby-proofed or child-proofed.

+Our home includes standard household features such as glass furniture and décor, uncovered electrical outlets, and other items within a child’s reach. Children should be appropriately supervised at all times while in the home.
