Fantastic location and for a single female travelling solo I felt super safe with the double front doors. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean & I was actually super impressed by the housekeeping service. kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom amenities smell devine, In an ideal world I would love a kettle in my room but aware I am staying in Guest House and not a hotel. I personally found the mattress really hard but cant please everyone with mattresses...............

Excellent stay overall. We stayed in the top floor (duplex). Everything we could need in a room, absolutely gorgeous, clean and minimal. Keep in mind this is not a traditional hotel. I did message the hotel beforehand through multiple platforms and never received a single response. Communication is not great if you need something outside of the welcome email. There is no front desk and we never saw another person the entire time. No elevator. Still an excellent 5 star stay, just be aware of the situation. Great walkable area.

Absolutely wonderful! Charming B&B with a delightful host. The soap shop below makes everything smell like you are in a spa! Comfortable bed, large room with character, great shower, and fantastic breakfast! Quiet street in the antique district.

I want to say I have the BEST HOST ever during my stay in Brussels! Both Sebastian (the main host) and Nadia were amazing, caring and responsive to meet or go beyond measure to help with all our needs, especially during the time we dealt with the airlines about our baggage delay. It was frustrating and devastating without our luggage when we arrived to the guesthouse. But Sebastian was kind enough to cook us a great breakfast to cheer us up and always follow up for what we need. And I want to give a special thanks to Nadia, who is a substitute host while Sebastian was away. She is an owner from the store located across the guesthouse called Les Savons De Lyna (do check out her store when you have time). She is extremely nice and helpful as well. She cooked and prepared great breakfast and helped us to receive the baggage while we were away. In a nutshell, I will rate 5 stars for my overall staying experience. Service is superb. Breakfast is great, Room is clean and bright, location is good. Basically you can’t go with La Maison Haute and we highly recommend it! We definitely will stay here again when you come back to Brussels!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und super sauber. Da es eine Hitzwelle in Brüssel gab und das B&B keine Klimaanlage hat, wurde uns eine kostenlose Stornierung oder 10% Rabatt angeboten. Wir sind trotzdem dabei geblieben und haben es nicht bereut. Mit Ventilator war es gut auszuhalten. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend.

Fantastisk hyggeligt lille hotel

Vi nød vores ophold på La Maison Haute, et meget hyggeligt lille hotel hvor morgenmaden var helt fantastisk. Beliggenheden var perfekt for os, væk fra den meget turistede del af Bruxelles. Men stadigvæk i gå afstand til centrum samt metrostation. Selve området er utrolig hyggeligt og har lidt kant og charme ikke så poleret og pænt som centrum -som vi synes er en fordel, men det er jo individuelt. Hotellet var kun med 4 værelser, som gjorde det ret så hyggeligt. Morgenmaden var som skrevet helt i top med friskpresset juice, hjemmelavet kakao til min datter, lækker kaffe og brød, croissant og kager. En god start på dagen. Sebastien var meget serviceminded og en super flink vært. Vi kan varmt anbefale andre at bo på La Maison Haute.

Sad but thank you anyway

Abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura perchè mi ero innamorata dell’aspetto originale delle stanze e per via del negozio di saponi a piano terra. Purtroppo al nostro arrivo c’è stato un problema di overbooking e quindi la nostra stanza non era più disponibile. Sebastien si è subito mobilitato per trovare un alloggio che potesse essere simile al suo e ci ha accompagnati in auto risolvendo la situazione subito. Inizialmente non volevo fare una recensione, visto la tristezza di non aver potuto soggiornare in questo meraviglioso B&B, ma lo sforzo di Sebastien e la sua gentilezza, oltre che il suo dispiacere per l’accaduto non puó che meritare un giudizio positivo. Non posso giudicare la stanza, ma la struttura era favolosa e l’ambiente accogliente e pulito. Se torneremo a Bruxelles prenoteremo sicuramente di nuovo qui.
