Everything was great close to a lot of restaurants. It was only a short drive to the beach. The room was clean and the bed was frsh and clean. I slept like a baby. Would recommend this hotel to my friends going to the beach.

The shower curtain had some mold spots the wall thermostat didn’t work but the one next to the window did thankfully. The staff was nice and the room was big. It was close to where I was running a race so it worked for a night.

Michelle was great at check in. Comfy beds.
Floor had SEVERAL spots where you could tell it hadn't been mopped in quite some time. Namely between the bed and the chair nearest the window (room 304).
Other than the dirty floors, everything else was good.

We stayed Xmas Eve. Everything was very good but the bonus was the kind older lady behind the desk. Working extra shifts so coworker could be home for Christmas. She was sweet and funny and so willing to help.

Newly remodld however they kept the beds from 30 years ago! Horrible nights sleep, mold on shower curtains, and smells musky. The only place to stay in this area is the Best Western! Paid for 2 nights and it was so bad we didnt stay the second night and went to the Best Western.

Great stay, manager shouldn’t be in hospitality.
Everything was great with a few small things. The keys would decode randomly. Over 2 nights had to recode keys 5 times. Everyone was nice except the general manager. She gave me attitude recoding keys and was saying it’s “user error, it’s not our keys issues it’s you, your doing something wrong” etc. while the other employees all said yea these things will decide just dropping them in ground.

It was pretty good! The room are small, but perfect for one or maybe two people. The beds were clean, no bedbugs or any bugs that I saw. The bathroom was clean, but I’m pretty sure I got a bit of athlete’s foot from the floor, so maybe wear some waterproof sandals in the bathtub. Pool was clean and beautiful. Very close to the beach.

The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The place was clean and the staff was very nice. For what we paid for this room we were very pleased. And the location was only about 10 minutes to Ocean Isle Beach which was where our event was. I'd definitly stay here again.
