"We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel location was fine, an easy walk to the grand place. Reception staff were friendly. We had a suite with an extra bed for our teenager, which was also nice. The housekeeping was lacking: they only made up the beds and didn't remove dirty cups and glasses, or provide new coffee pods. Breakfast was also disappointing. Both days we came downstairs within the advertised time to find hardly anything left. One day we even had to ask for bread. No pastries left, and no warm food. "

"Our favourite hotel in town. Lovely staff, super helpful, good English spoken, rooms are clean quiet and comfortable. Easy parking and a nice walk by the waterside or a short stroll into town square. Good breakfast. Nice bar. Recently refurbished meeting rooms and so on. "
