« First the not preferable : Be careful when booking. The second floor rooms (3 rooms) share one small bathroom and there’s no extra first floor bathroom. « Clean, comfortable room in a great home. Perfect location for quick travel to the beaches of LBI, the Edmund Forsyth wildlife refuge, and plenty of dining/dessert options. We had a wonderful week and will be sure to stay again. For the price, I would’ve excused barebones accommodations, but The Bay Breeze house was anything but. It had everything you could ask for. Dawn is a great host, friendly and communicative. Check-in and check-out couldn’t be simpler. »

« Our stay was quite enjoyable in the Captain's Quarters! Bed was comfortable, room was very clean, bathroom was very clean, amenities were all provided and then some. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to any one who is needing a place to stay in the area. Quite convenient to AC and LBI which are the 2 places we were visiting. »
