"The CUSTOMER SERVICE was exceptional. From Valet, to front desk to the food service. Rooms are spacious and convenient with the kitchen. Great for families. Breakfast was included which was a plus. I recommend valeting the car it was so easy and with a touch of a link they have your car ready for in/out privileges. It was close to inner harbor & convention center. Many places to eat near by. Things I recommend would be to have a toaster and air fryer in the kitchen. The duvet/comforter bedding needs an upgrade as it was a little worn out. Also extra TP should be in the bathroom as we didn’t use the housekeeping service. Would stay here again. The costumer servicr was really remarkable! "

"Our stay at Kimpton Baltimore was excellent. The area was a bit sketchy, however we felt safe enough to walk to and from the inner harbor. The staff ( including the valet) was friendly, and helpful and provided best-in-class service. "
