This comfortable bungalow has been completely remodeled and is reminiscent of perfect style composing of quartz kitchen tops, dual deep sinks, stainless steel refrigerator and stove, woodblock cutting board, hardwood floors, pull-down blinds, ductless heating and air conditioning. Sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bath. Located near downtown restaurants, shops, and a short drive to the beach. No Laundry room. NO PETS Other Things to Note: Internet/Cell Phone Coverage/Utilities WiFi is usually reliable, but may be impacted by coastal weather. We did not cook during our stay, but the kitchen would have accommodated full meal prep. The lid on the coffee pot is attached askew and caused hot coffee to pour out on the counter and the person pouring it. Future renters would appreciate information about how to use the heater. The unit included a binder, though it could use updated information, for instance, what is expected of the renters upon checkout. I emailed with the host a few times and he responded, but ignored one question - with a request, he answered that question. We would stay at this property again. ##### Laurel D. It is located in a commercial area, but since we were there for a seminar and were gone all day, that made it perfect. It felt very safe and was quiet in the evening and for sleeping. The beds were comfortable, fairly firm, but seemed new. The only suggestion I would make is blackout curtains. Since it’s a commercial area there are streetlights and pretty bright all night. Fortunately we had a light blanket to cover the window with.
