Great Guest House. Close to town and harbour.

On the way to Brixham I had a medical emergency which kept me in A&E at Bristol for some time. Consequently we arrived at 22.50 pm and Steve and Matt couldn't have been more helpful and sympathetic. They made every effort to make our stay easy and relaxing. They have made Redlands a very comfortable (the beds are sooo good) stylish place to be in and the full English is superb. Their attention to catering for just about everyone's tastes is outstanding and they are clearly enthusiastic in their work. They are also very excited about Brixham. This is a great place to stay run by two very nice fellas.

Great little BnB

Lovely hosts who made sure I had a good stay. Room was exactly what I needed. A short walk to town with the ability to park my car. Great food, great travel tips. Overall a lovely experience. Highly recommended.

Little Gem!

Fantastic friendly hotel, lovely rooms that are tastefully decorated, good food, good service. We have friends in the area and would stay there again without hesitation.

Very clean

Room exceptionally clean, very well decorated and with good facilities. Unfortunately the room's position on the ground floor didn't lend itself to privacy as was right next to front door/ dining room/ entry hall and was noisy at times as a result. Wifi connection was poor in the room, but we were assured this wasn't normally the case. Breakfast was good and the hosts were helpful and provided the right balance of friendliness and discretion.

Highly recommend

The room was super clean and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located to beaches and restaurants. It was an easy walk to town center for dinner. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The proprietors were very knowledgable and offered great advice for day trips. I'd stay here again. Great value.

Brixham short stay

The owners are very welcoming and sociable, nothing too much trouble. The breakfasts are superb offering more variety than usual traditional full english etc. Would certainly stay there again if in the area. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Stay

I am happy to say that Steven & Matt did everything to make our stay extremely comfortable. One person has extensive food allergies and they took all that in stride and made us a fantastic breakfast everyday and there were no issues with the food. We couldn't have asked for more. They were very attention to detail. Great going guys and we can't wait to come back.

Very nice, 10 minutes walk to Brixham harbour

After having a long journey, I was welcomed by Steve, a very attentive and friendly host. The house was quiet and charming, a good place to rest and relax. Next morning, the English breakfast was done to perfection, setting me up for the day.

Had a long weekend at The Redland. Couldn't have picked a better hotel if we'd have tried. Already planning next, longer stay

Fab B&B, run by great hosts

Lovely B&B run by great guys. Breakfast was excellent. Only a short 10 mins walk to harbour with shops to look at on way! The bed was lovely and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Brixham's gem

We stayed one night as a stopover & what a gem we found. We cannot fault it. Very friendly & the breakfast was the hottest & best breakfast we'd had in a very,very long time. We wish them every success, they deserve it.

Great B & B accommodation!

There was a very warm welcome at Redlands. The room comfortable & very clean. Breakfast was good. We would recommend this hotel & would definitely stay there again if we return to Brixham.

A Little Heaven In Devon

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT, what a wonderful few days, the only negative thing I have to say is I had to go home. Great place to stay, food was 1st class, such friendly caring people. can't wait to return for more of the same.

Friendly and comfortable B&B

Very comfortable B&B, very clean and the food was good. There is also residents parking which is a real bonus. The walk to the harbour front only about 10 minutes away. Would definitely stay again.
