On the second floor: 3 bedrooms, two of which have private bathrooms (2 queen-size beds / 1 double bed). Separate bathroom with toilet and another toilet. On the ground floor: kitchen with oven and low-temperature oven, Thermomix and SodaStream, dining room, toilet. Access to the laundry room from the outside. Terrace, grill area with bread and pizza oven, plancha, and barbecue. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and on the first floor. Private beach, pétanque court, large outdoor space. Parking on the upper level of the villa for 2 vehicles. Sheets, towels, and cleaning included. SONOS sound system available throughout the house and independent for each room. Feeling like a gentle breeze on the shores of Lake Bourget, with no one overlooking you and the only music being the gentle lapping of the water. This former fisherman's house, transformed into a charming villa with breathtaking views of the lake, nestled in the peaceful Bay of Grésine, is made for you.
