Guests under 23 (excluding those under 18) must provide passport identification and approve a refundable security deposit. New/Low-Rated Guests: Guests: Security Deposit Policy For guests with limited or no prior reviews, those new to short-term rentals, or with a rating below 5 stars, a security deposit of AUD 400 is required for OTA\`s or AUD 500 Credit card hold. This deposit is fully refundable after checkout, provided the property is left in satisfactory condition and all house rules are adhered to. This request will be sent via the booking platform and must be accepted at the time of your reservation confirmation. This apartment was really lovely, super comfy furniture and amazing view. The host was really attentive when we had an issue with our key and it was sorted out quickly.
