Some coffee/tea was provided but there is no coffee machine, only kettle. Bathroom hand towels and a few more tea towels (ideally cotton not polyester) would have been good.Beds were comfy and it easily accommodated our family of 5\. The third bedroom is very small (more of a study with a bunk squeezed in) with an open glassless window above the door - which was ok for our young kids but maybe not for older kids/adults.It was very noisy at night, with lots of sirens and noise from freeway. Kids loved the pool & spa. Location is central, an easy walk to Southbank or into the city. Multiple public transport options and only 5 minute walk to the train station to the airport. ##### CC N.
