The kitchen was well-equipped, the furniture was right for a beach house, and it had a generally pleasant feel. The price for five nights was quite steep as part of the stay fell into a school holiday period. Our little poodle loved running on the lush green grass. It’s in an awesome spot and great for the dogs. However on this occasion there were a few issues. It needs some attention paid not just money in but also money out. The grass was super long when we arrived which was a Saturday so I had to wait till Monday to request a mow and spent the whole weekend picking grass seeds out of my dogs fur. The fridge is old (and door hinged wrong way -could be swapped) and didn’t keep temperature for all the food we had so we had to throw away quite a bit. Then the septic drain backed up which was cleared after a few calls to the office and a day of waiting but the terrible smelll persisted along the kitchen / laundry / twin bed side of the house so we had to keep those windows shut = no breeze. ##### Laura G. The description said it had a wood bbq in the house that’s why we brought the Brazilian meats with us. I did try to contact but, the bbq never showed up and I hardly had reception so I missed a call.
