Giant wrap around balcony that has multiple hangout spaces, and each bedroom has its own balcony area. No expense has been spared renovating this apartment, ultra-modern and huge open plan kitchen will inspire you to create your own culinary masterpiece. Woolworths, Priceline and Snap Fitness Gym is downstairs across the road.

Master is a king bed and has ensuite and a 55 inch TV with Amazon

The second bedroom also has a king bed, a desk and chair, and access to its own little balcony

The third bed is two king singles joined together. If you move them apart, please put them back together before checkout. Also has its own balcony tiny balcony access.

The fourth bed is a queen size Koala sofa bed in the living room which is by far the biggest and comfiest sofa bed ever. 3 seconds to fold out. If you need to use this, please note there is an extra $30/person fee for additional 2 people who will use this bed.

Both toilets have bidets and washing machine and dryer facilities in the second bath area.

Access to the entire apartment and huge balcony space

We are available to you via text, phone or email whenever you need, but if you don't need anything, we will respect your privacy and not bother you much

Overlooking St Johns Cathedral, and located right in the middle of the CBD and the Valley, the apartment is 5 min walking distance to both the CBD and the Valley, there is a Woolworths located downstairs in Turbot St Centre along with Anytime Fitness and hosts of other amenities.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. We live next door and will find out. Parties will end in immediate eviction and no refunds.

St John’s Apartments
The property manager’s instructions were clear. We had no problem with collecting the keys. The unit was clean and tidy. It is very spacious with plenty of areas for gathering together or a private space. It is centrally situated to the city attractions. The parking is satisfactory but could cause difficulties for some drivers with a larger vehicle. We were lucky that we met a vehicle coming in the opposite direction only once during our stay. It was good that we had a double parking space. The connection to the wifi could cause a problem for the inexperienced. We had a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The accomodation was consistent with the online description. The large balcony is a bonus and the beds very comfortable. It deserves 5* but a few factors held us back from awarding a perfect rating. It would have been appreciated if there had been some welcome tea/ coffee/milk available on arrival. There were wine glasses and large mugs but no tea/coffee/espresso cups and a single glass tumbler. The window shades are not lightblocking and as it was light around 4.30 am we ended up buying some eye masks.
