"We liked the location, the apartment was spacious, breakfast is handy. The washing machine and the dryer were dusty mouldy and old- the main two things that I needed with the kids, but couldn’t really use. Dishwasher in the kitchen didn’t clean the dishes well. The patio’s floor was v dusty. Air conditioner is dusty, internet and TV didn’t work well. Parking is super tight and not always available."

"Great property but TV don’t work, the IR code for food didn’t work. When I organised the room service food there were hardly any choices and the food was bad. Same with pool service. Don’t expect this from such a prestigious hotel. "
