Aircon thick with dust layer over all filters, like an inch thick, keys picked up from a dodgy convenience store in the city, dirty throughout, and after checking in late with kids after a flight, leaving the very next day early because of the condition, asking for a refund has lead to repeat sending info several times inc photos and listing complaint points, to multiple places as requested, and now still waiting for a response back 11 days later. Don't stay here. Lost 3 nights accomodation worth of for an 8 hour stay in a dump.
