Both bedrooms that are downstairs from the living level have ceiling fans The well stocked kitchen is modern with electric cook top, dishwasher and microwave, and opens to the living and dining areas which both have ceiling fans, flows out onto the spacious deck. Included in the property is WIFI and FOXTEL, a Miele front load washing machine and clothes dryer, 2 car undercover off street parking and a weber gas BBQ. Linen is supplied and beds are made ready for your arrival. Cleaning: Cleaning is included in the tariff at this property. Property Specific Notes \* No pets allowed. \* If Wifi is offered it is a complimentary extra. Attention to detail could be better to add that luxury feel. Only. 1 lot of hand soap for 2 bathrooms, minimal amounts of tea, coffee etc. Would love to see a comfortable chair on the master bedroom balcony. A lovely early morning spot to read. The cleaner could do a little better. Everything looks great at a glance, but dust on light switches , behind doors and in the corners, and the rangehood filters were very greasy. We cleaned them!
