This home is available for family holidays only. There is a bond payable by all guests and a strict no party/function policy in place. You should discuss the makeup of your group with our Property Manager before making a booking. This spectacular architect designed beach house has the rare combination of views, a northerly aspect and walk to everything. The owner tells us it was actually shortlisted as one of the top beach houses in the world. It is situated in a lovely bush setting, is only minutes wak to fabulous Cylinder Beach as well as several other beaches, the Straddie Hotel, local shops and public transport. With its northerly aspect it has been built to take advantage of summer breezes, winter sun and is completely private. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped and the centre for entertaining in the home and opens onto the extended deck area. There are spacious, airy iving areas both inside and out creating a retreat for the whole family.
