"The property was excellent. The pictures and information did not do justice to the outside spaces. The pool is large and right next to it is the outside kitchen, with everything you need. We spent our days and evenings here and really only used the main villa to sleep. (beds have memory foam mattresses) Danielle communicated from a very early stage and was accommodating and welcoming. Overall a very very enjoyable holiday"

"The apartment has a great location, but that´s where it ends. It was supposed to have wifi included, but we had to pay €35 for the week we stayed there. During a heavy rainfall the electrical wires in the bathroom caught on fire resulting in no power in half the apt. We had the washing machine going which stopped working. "The studio is situated right in the centre of Ostuni, yet slightly apart from the crowds. The accommodation itself is very modern, well equipped, clean and newly renovated. Spacious enough for two people (though I was traveling solo). Also the hosts of the studio are very quick to respond, very friendly, flexible and helpful! I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Ostuni!"

"È stato tutto ottimo tranne il fatto che la tassa di soggiorno non è stata quella che doveva essere. Ci hanno detto che il sito non ha aggiornato il tariffario. Nel complesso appartamento pulito mi aspettavo anche gli asciugamani ma non c’erano (quindi portateveli). E nell’appartamento c’è solo una portafinestra quindi di notte bisogna stare per forza con il clima acceso perché non c’è aria."

"For the vast majority, i only have great things to say about this villa. My wife and I stayed here with with our 8-month old Son for a week and it was lovely. The villa itself is well furnished, modern - and with good quality Air Conditioning. The pool area is delightful (infinity pool overlooking the olive grove surroundings). "Fregatura/truffa. Il gestore non si è presentato. Non c'è stato modo di contattarlo una volta arrivati lì, peccato che il pernottamento fosse già stato pagato. Così ci siamo ritrovati senza dove dormire, per fortuna Expedia ci ha coperto la prima notte in un albergo. Da sottolineare che neanche Expedia stessa sia riuscita a contattare il gestore, e che al momento non sono ancora stato rimborsato. Esperienza pessima e pessima pubblicità per Lecce. "The trulli is a quaint, comfortable, attractive property. It is compact, but has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The outside area is private. "The staff at the Palazzo were over the top. This Palace is so beautiful and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The reception staff Alonso, Matteo, Virgile, Isabella, Virgilio were very kind and helpful. They suggested places to visit things to do in the area and booked dinner reservations. The Restaurants that they suggested were excellent and all within walking distance. The Place suggested a spa. We had a couples massage with Claudia and Enza. This is one of the best massages we have ever experienced. Thank you Ladies. Claudia and Enza are very professional and kind. The Spa is amazing. We also met the owners of the Palace and had a very nice conversation. It was a pleasure to meet them. A shout out for Alfonso which is a very special person.
