Greeted well by reception staff, who showed us to our room and carried my wife’s luggage. Whilst this is categorically not a 5 star hotel, the bed was superbly comfortable as well as the pillow. Breakfast probably let the hotel down, the breakfast room you can’t swing a cat around and the offer was limited, perhaps as it was 09:30 when we got down there all the good stuff had gone, nevertheless, we will stay there again as it suited our purposes perfectly

Extremely Friendly
The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The location is excellent, between the station and the restaurants and shops.

Convenient location (5 min.walk from the station. Cloes to the restaurants). Stuff are friendly. Room is OK size. But the breakfast is very simple.

Easy walk from the train station but tucked away off the main streets. All the staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. E-bike rentals right out of the hotel. Rooms are clean and newly refurbished and nice style. Ask for a room with a window, if available.

Great hosts and excellent location
The personnel are exceptional. Mino, Bruno & Francesco Are very helpful. The hotel is well located near the train station, shops and restaurants. Darker curtains would help during the summer nights.

The hotel is in great condition and very well kept but the new owners are still going to do a renovation soon and put their mark on it. Breakfast is good, location great for walking from train station or to the sights. Brindisi is a nice city to visit and the Hotel Torino is a great choice to stay.

I was there for 1 week, hotel is in very good location near the city center, and close to the train station. Room was cleaned everyday. Staffs were good. Room also of good size. I was very busy in day time and stayed only during night time. Hotel is small but worth what I paid. Bed was good and clean.

We booked the hotel as it looked like our ferry to Patras might be delayed due to very high winds. The people at the hotel could not have been more helpful. The manager organised a taxi to take us to the ferry port and for the driver to go with us to the ferry check-in so that if the ferry wasn't running he could take us back to the hotel. The room was basic but had everything that you would need. The hotel is in a quiet location but very convenient for the shops and sights of Brindisi.

short walk from station and harbour
Due to flight cancellation, found room here and was very close to both station, airport bus service and the historic part of the town including short walk down Corso Roma toward harbour. Very helpful staff, admittedly only a short panic stay due to flight situation so have not explored hotel facilities

Basic hotel city centre location
A nice HOTEL, basic, clean, friendly, central location. Bed & breakfast is what you pay for, bed & breakfast is what you get.. If you want to LIVE in a hotel then expect to pay three times the tariff. We stayed five nights, used it to recharge our batteries after long days of sight seeing and beer sampling. We highly recommend this establishment, it was just what we needed.

We needed just an overnight stay after we landed late at night at the airport. The receptionist was extremely helpful when we arrived around midnight and he couldn't have been nicer. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit less so, since the seat of the toilet had come loose. The breakfast was fine but not as good as in other hotels in that price range.

Good location...in heart of historic center....in between train station and port..easy walk from train.... Family style...hotel...older style with its own charm, well kept and family run... Owners very helpful with all my needs...tourist office, supermarket, beauty salon...they mapped it all out...very comfortable bed, large bathroom....good value for money..nice, relaxed town...easy walking around by port, good restaurants nearby. Would return again

Quality service, great location, and no fuss
The hotel is superbly located, at the same time close to the train station and to the port. It's also surrounded by some of the most beautiful streets of Brindisi: Corso Umberto and Corso Garibaldi. The hotel is unpretentious, very clean, and has a lot of warmth. The room is on the small side, but that didn't really bother us. What we appreciated most was the service: the hosts took care of all our questions/requests, and always with a smile. If you look for a good quality, well located hotel in Brindisi, with superior service and no fuss, this is the place.

En pärla till hotell!
Hotellet har en standard som för den kräsne kan te sig enkel men allt är rent o välhållet. Personalen är helt fantastisk o ett under av vänlighet o tålamod i kommunikationen trots begränsade språkkunskaper från båda håll. De delar gärna med sig av tips på sevärdheter o restauranger o annan nyttig information, tom matrecept! Någon frukostbuffé i egentlig mening finns inte men frukosten är fullt tillräcklig o det finns såväl varma croissanter med valfri fyllning som frukt o youghurt o naturligtvis kaffe i olika skepnader. Ur hållbarhetssynpunkt hade man möjligen kunnat önska att det fanns möjlighet att välja att använda handdukarna flera gånger. Som det nu är byts tre handdukar per person dagligen vilket måste generera mängder med tvätt.

Hôtel au calme et bien placé pour visiter le centre historique. Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre mais dans la salle de bains, C’est un peu le problème de la tarification qui devient de plus en plus précise sur ce qu’offre la chambre. Plus de commodités plus tu payes! Hôtel.com devrait mieux négocier ses tarifs!

Ho pernottato in hotel tre notti, il personale e stato molto gentile e cordiale, le camere venivano pulite e dotate di asciugarmi puliti ogni giorno. l’hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda è servita dai mezzi di trasporto in più essendo in pieno centro città è circondato da negozi, ristoranti e dalla bellezza della città
