"Der CheckIn verlief sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus war Innen und Außen wunderbar sauber und gepflegt. Informationen zum Haus und zur Umgebung/Sehenswürdigkeiten lagen gut sichtbar bereit. Der Austausch mit dem Eigentümer lief via Whatsapp sehr zügig und freundlich. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Ferienhaus und Vermieter absolut empfehlen! "Der Aufenthalt war wundervoll, das Objekt entspricht genau der Beschreibung, es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Grundstück ist wundervoll. Es lädt zum entspannen ein. Die Kinder und der Hund haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Was auch toll ist, dass alles eingezäunt ist, mit Hund, ein totaler Pluspunkt. Wir waren Mitte Oktober da und das Wetter war auch noch sehr angenehm. Wir haben den Pool genutzt, die Pool Heizung hätte aber gerne etwas wärmer sein können. Ansonsten haben wir weiter...

"Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool unweit von Barban. Sehr ruhig gelegen, allerdings - wir sind in einen Dorf - krähen die Hähne am Morgen (aber nicht sehr laut hörbar). Wir hatten das Grundstück für uns. Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht! Das Weinmuseum im Ort sollte besucht werden (empfehlenswert)."

"Our stay here was wonderful. We visited Rovinj many times and also enjoyed Svitvencenat. The house is clean and quiet. A great hot tub as well. The owners also make very tasty food almost next door. A very nice touch to be greeted with some organic Croatian beer and wine. Highly recommend. "

"This is the most beautifully designed and furnished villa with a great pool and outdoor sunbathing area. It is situated in a lovely village with a cafe, restaurant and convenience store. It is close to beaches and there are many wonderful places to explore a car ride away. Dudo, the owner, who lives next door is an exceptional host. The perfect balance between unobtrusive and helpful, Dudo provided lots of excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. We had a wonderful fun family...
