For location, this is perfectly placed, in the centre of everything. It is a little noisy if you have the windows open. The accommodation is very good if a solo traveller or a couple. But if there is a group, please do not stay here. The sofa "bed" is awful, it is not a traditional sofa bed. Only fits 2 people if you top and tail, tips over if 1 person gets off, the floor would be more comfortable

Very nice apartment, clean and the location is absolute top! Bright and in the middle of the Brighton buzz with restaurants and bars on the doorstep and couple of min walk to the beach. Will stay again next time we visit Brighton. It could have a bit decorations on the walls, carpet in the living room/seating area, flowers and a floor lamp in the living room/kitchen. But with that said it was superb and it was just small details not necessary. Highly Recommend!

Location was great and host did respond quickly however the property was in no way suitable for 4 people like it stated and was one of the dirtiest places we have ever been to stay in. We did not stay in the property as we felt very uncomfortable and disappointed. They’ve refused to compensate us in any way. For this reason I would not recommend staying here.

Die Ferienwohnung eignet sich für höchstens drei Personen. Es gibt ein kleines Doppelbett und ein Sofa. Das Sofa ist super klein und nur ein Mensch kann drauf liegen. Der Vermieter hat behauptet, dass es genug Platz für 2 Menschen wäre. Stimmt nicht. Mein Mann musste auf dem Boden auf der aufblasbaren Matratze schlafen, die wir gekauft haben. Sehr enttäuschend. Nachts ist es extrem laut. Ganz dünne Fenster, man hört Alles auf der Straße, weil es sehr zentral ist. Dazu gibt es keine verdunkelnde Gardinen. Die Fenster sind sehr schmutzig. Nachts ist es hell in der Wohnung. Ansonsten ist alles gut, die Wohnung ist schön und renoviert.

Struttura situata proprio al centro di Brighton. Ottima posizione per qualsiasi spostamento. L’alloggio era molto confortevole. Il terzo letto molto scomodo xche il divano non era proprio un letto. Scomode le scale interne perché molto ripide e chi ha bagagli pesanti diventa molto faticoso. L’interno della struttura, la parte del portone di ingresso e le scale non sono in buone condizioni. Mura e scale sporche. Nel complesso posso essere soddisfatto.

veldig sentral og god beliggenhet. ryddig, pent og sjarmerende. likte den veldig godt. både sjøen og butikkene er få skritt unna. det samme med palasset. du går til jernbanestasjonen på 15 minutter.

Fint ställe och bra läge. Men man erbjuder inte boende för 4, när det finns möjlighet till tre sovplatser. Vi fick köpa en extra säng och fick inget stöd eller förståelse för problemet att det saknas en sängplats. Centralt med nackdelen av en hel del ljud och störningar under natten.
