Relaxing
Rented the condo for a family reunion. Was clean upon arrival. Dave was quick to respond to questions. Only problems we had was the lock but my son got it figured out pretty quick. Also didn’t realize was on 2nd flr. Driveway was big enough for kids to ride there bikes. Town store was in walking distance for my son to go get dinner and treats. The backyard view was beautiful.

it is a very little town very friendly.we love it the place we rent very clean and quiet. the only thing we have hard time to lock the door. and the cafe pot was to small for 4 persons and the refrigerator.nice place for quiet vacation. love it

Great place to stay in Island Pond Vermont!
What a beautiful place! I highly recommend staying here. My daughter and I had an entire apartment with two bedrooms, a large kitchenette, a nice sitting area with a large TV, and a huge bathroom. It was so much better than a small hotel room and the price was amazing. The property is lovely and Dave, the owner and host was a pleasure to meet. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location
This is our second time staying here. The owner keeps the place very clean. He created more parking space as well as added a full wrap around porch. The location is great...an easy walk into downtown Island Pond. The only downsides are the couch ( not very comfortable), no stove (only microwave and toaster oven), and the heat makes tapping noises. We will stay here again!

Our host, David was very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area including the trails and restaurants. Place was immaculate with plenty of room for my wife and another couple. While the weather didn't cooperate, staying in such a nice place made the wait for snow easy. Will definitely be coming back.

If they could add maybe a bigger refrigerator we were there for 3 days and we were missing space for the food , a cooking plaque , and the barbecue was a coal one , didnt had coal there nor fire starter or lighter. A propane bbq would be nice at least since theres no cooking station and we were supposed to have some kind of kitchen
