"Had a lovely stay here & would definitely stay again as felt very much a home away from home.
As soon as you walk in you can see that the photos really didn't do the place justice, we were very impressed.
We felt very relaxed there & it had everything we needed including a travel cot & high chair.
Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"Beautiful location with amazing views from the patio where we had breakfast and dinner. Room was very comfortable and air conditioned which was a plus at the moment. Indoor/outdoor pool great and we both had good massages.
Food was very tasty and we did the vineyard tour and tasting with Emma who's knowledge and clear love of wine was brilliant.
Overall a lovely place to spend our silver wedding anniversary and hope to visit again."
"Fantastic location to escape busy nearby seaside towns, accomodation was basic but eco friendly and has its own charm.what else do you need to relax and rest after all day at the beach? . We had a room on the second floor, the view from the window was great;,meadow and trees .the smell of the lavenders at the evening from the front yeard were truly amazing!
The staff member who welcomed us was friendly and polite ,and she showed us around everything.
The breakfast was self serviced based ,but my son was excited he could cook his own scrambled eggs in a kids friendly kitchen and had fun doing his own toast in the toaster.everything was really easy reachable and handy in the kitchen and dining area.
We were eating breakfast in the communal area where all guest can sit together.
We really enjoyed our stay at the court.
I genuinely recommend it.
It's also worth to visit the small garden opposite the court,it's open 10-4 every day and you can leave small donation in the front if you want to."
"Very nice hotel located well not far from all the goings on at West Bay. Good size room and a comfortable night sleep, breakfast lacked full breakfast option, instead opting for field breakfast but was let down by overcooked poached eggs."
"We last stayed here sometime in the 1980s and it was a tad dismal: things have changed - a lot! Made very welcome by the reception staff, room quite small, but perfectly clean and well appointed, with a couple of cake morsel treats together with a hand written card to welcome us, which was a very nice touch. We were in the middle of heatwave, so it was a bonus to find a very efficient fan in the wardrobe: tea and coffee-making facilities and two bottles of water complete the set-up and were much appreciated. We ate in the Admirals' Bar, and the food was excellent, as were the hard-working, friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was also excellent, once again served by friendly staff. Quite sad to leave after only one night and will almost certainly return next time we're in the area. Only one small downside, if you like a firm mattress, you may find these a little too soft, but we both slept extremely well."
"A well equipped apartment in a really good location, opposite the beach and with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and a parking space was an added bonus. Katrina and Laurie were great hosts and responded very quickly to any queries. Will definitely return."
Buckingham Cottage : Idyllic Getaway Cottage in the rolling hills of Dorset
8/10 Good
"Fabulous location if you like peace and quiet. We loved our stay there but it was spoilt by the interior being a bit tired, as were the utensils. Such a pity and is the reason for not achieving the highest score."
