Lors de la canicule, nous avons toujours pu faire un courant d'air traversant, ce qui était très appréciable. L'immeuble est très bien placé, à deux pas du centre « moderne » de la ville et du parc de la Schappe. Pour accéder à la ville fortifiée, il faut compter 15' à pied.
