« Très bon accueil d’un réceptionniste français. Nous étions situés dans un bâtiment neuf d’il y a deux ans où la chambre était parfaite. Vu piscine et pas de bâtiment situé à deux pas de la mer. Je recommande cette hôtel pour une escapade à Zadar À condition d’être véhiculé car excentré mais au calme. »

The apartment was huge: main room is the living room & kitchenette in one big room, one big bedroom, toilets and bathroom were separated (very practical in case several persons are staying) and huge balcony with sea view. Big parking space outside building. No reception so you get an email how to check in (very easy). Can warmly recommend it! »

« We had a lovely stay in Apartment 1\. The accommodation is very new and everything was immaculate and finished to a luxurious standard. We were met at the apartment when we arrived and shown around and had the pleasure of meeting the owner a few times during our stay. "El servicio lento acogedor e incompetente, yo reservé para el 31/07/2025 y quise cambiar de día para el 30/07/2025 y la página me dijo que el establecimiento estaba lleno y no me podía cambiar la fecha con ello correspondía una penalización del pago del 30% y a su vez en la pagina de Hotels.com podía perfectamente reservar para el día 30/07/2025, hay que bien entender que yo no podía comunicar con nadie y solo con el personal virtual y esto es para mí muy desagradable y lo paradoxal y imposibilidad de poder hacer la gestión y las explicaciones por parte de Hotels.com nulas porque yo pagué la penalización y me aloje el día 30/07/2025 sin ningún problema, así que la gestión de Hotels.com fue muy nula y desagradable para mí, atentamente Inmaculada Minguet "

"Resort localisé en première ligne côtière, face à une plage aménagée en accès direct par les jardins, bordée d'une promenade piétonne desservant le centre historique de Zadar en quelques trois quarts d'heure. Excellent service par un personnel attentionné et professionnel. Choisir cet hôtel est un parfait compromis entre détente balnéaire, découverte des trésors de Zadar (au sortir du domaine hôtelier se trouve la station du bus n°8 allant au centre-ville) et visite des hauts lieux de la région (grâce aux routes et pistes cyclables passant à proximité du quartier)."
