The Falkensteiner Residences is located in a big private area with a lot of private spaces, beaches, restaurants and pools. The place is a good place to relax and the hotel offers various activities and food options.

Great location, accessible to the beach

We got an entire apartment to ourselves. It is located in a township area and is easily accessible to a couple of beaches, club (fitness center and sports). The only thing that we found restricting was the options for food. But overall a great experience and time well spent. Great stay and we'd love to go back again :)

Staff was very friendly but the parking garage was way too dark once a car would pass by the lights would turn off immediately and you were unable to walk unless the light censors were turned on by a car passing. I also wish there was a store nearby that was open throughout the whole day. The bakery that was there was open from 7-1 and unnacceaple after those times.

Nice resort

The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches.

Porch check in at front desk. Did not communicate about the property, hidden costs and major construction starting at 7A and continuing to 5P. Could be a nice property. Wish Falkenstein would have shared. Would’ve allowed us to choose elsewhere. We were told breakfast was free. Charge was twenty seven per person.

Il personale non parla italiano ma solo inglese e croato, il parcheggio che mi era stato detto gratuito mi è stato fatto pagare , le camere nuove ma un po’ basiche e i lavori vicino alla struttura ti fanno svegliare alla mattina presto , per il prezzo non vale la pena

Clean and comfortable but location is remote

The resort is very secluded and quite deserted when we were there for some reason. Perhaps the bad weather was a factor. Not much to do if weather is not cooperating. Rooms were spacious and clean yet sterile in terms of decor.

Gelungene Anlage, direkter Zugang zum Meer

Check-in freundlich und bemüht, direkt die Preisliste bekommen und auf (völlig überteuerte) Hotelgastro hingewiesen. Appartement wie beschrieben, Meerblick, angemessene Ausstattung. Insgesamt ruhig, aber auch nicht ausgebucht. Durch Anordnung der Balkone kann es bei stärkerer Auslastung auch schnell laut werden. Preis/Leistung gerade noch okay, man möchte hier etwas auf sich halten. Besser machen (Kleinigkeiten, nichts was den Urlaub verdirbt): Parkgebühren sind obligatorisch, da kann das doch gleich in den Reisepreis kalkuliert werden. Salz/Klarspüler kauft kein Gast, so sehen auch die Gläser teilweise aus, schade. Auflagen für die Balkonmöbel wären gut. 2x Reinigung pro Woche wäre schön (kann kostenpflichtig gebucht werden). Fluchtplan gehört an die Zimmertür, fehlte schlichtweg.

Stort komplex och andra närliggande hotell, men trots det luftigt och gått om plats. Mycket bra standard, mycket aktiviteter och många sport möjligheter. Mycket bra rum med två badrum och mycket förvaring. Kommer återkomma

Beautiful property with many amenities

The 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous. The property had lovely pools, beautiful beaches and resteraunts. It took us about 15 minutes to get into Zadar old town making it super convenient. The only negative was the fact that the second bedroom was tiny, only suitable for 1 person! So if you are a family of 3 it’s perfect! Would stay again for sure

Gorgeous location, beautiful accommodations

We only stayed one night, but the apartment was very modern and tastefully decorated using high end furnishings and finishings My only complaint would be that the parking is expensive, especially considering that you need a car to get there and that they have a huge parking lot. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
