Experience serenity, nature, and adventure in one beautiful and spacious cabin retreat. Gorgeous newly renovated treehouse style cabin, nestled in the privacy of the Connestee Falls community of the Blue Ridge mountains in SW North Carolina. Enjoy a warm interior and peaceful outdoor space, with stunning views and sightings of our many forest friends. Pool/golf/lake & private access to some of the best waterfalls and trails in the region. Minutes to Brevard. This home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and sleeps 8 (2 queens and 2 bunk beds). The cabin is located in the gated resort community of Connestee Falls, with an extraordinary amount of amenities right within the community: clubhouse with two restaurants, olympic-sized heated pool, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, golf course, a wellness center, 13 miles of private hiking trails, and some of the most beautiful walkable waterfalls nature has to offer. The main level of the cabin offers an inviting kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, all necessary cookware and utensils, gas fireplace, smart television, and a large dining table located in a stunning all-seasons room, surrounded by nature. The two main bedrooms and full baths are located on this level. The main level also includes a gated wrap-around deck, a gas grill, and comfortable rocking chairs to take in the mountain views. The washer/dryer are located on the main level. A spiral staircase takes you down to the lower level ‘lodge’. This floor offers a second gas fireplace and smart television, a bar with a fridge, and cozy couches. The bedroom with the bunk beds and third full bath are located on the lower level. A sliding glass door walks out to a heavenly swing bench with a captivating view of the mountains. The cabin offers free high-speed wi-fi/internet, wi-fi calling, linens and towels, washer/dryer, two gas fire places, outdoor gas grill, outdoor bench swing and rocking chairs. Connestee Falls clubhouse access, pool, lake, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball and hiking are included at no additional fee. Golf and wellness center usage require additional fees. The cabin is located within minutes of DuPont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, Caesar’s Head State Park, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. A 15 minute drive down the mountain will land you in charming Downtown Brevard— filled with restaurants, shops and more. Downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate are within an hour drive. Other things to note A cleaning fee charge of $175 includes both the cleaning fee and the Connestee Falls access fees for use of the pool, lakes, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required if bringing dogs (2 max), subject to owner approval. To gain access to the gate and community amenities, guests will need to register for a Connestee Falls guest pass by filling out a short form with name(s)/vehicle(s) info. The form will be emailed to guests after booking. Parking for 2-3 cars is available in front of the cabin. Additional parking can be arranged within Connestee Falls. A narrow spiral staircase connects the main level to the lower level of the cabin. The lower level contains the bunk bed room and an additional living space. The lower level may also be accessed through a sliding glass door from the outside of the cabin. Please note this, in case spiral staircases are challenging for anyone in your party. Canoes and tennis rackets not provided, but guests welcome to bring their own. Pickle ball paddles can be rented at the Connestee Falls Golf Pro Shop. Bocce balls available at the bocce courts. Please retrieve keys to the bocce ball container at the Connestee Falls Golf Pro Shop (open 8a-5p every day of the week, including weekends). The 3 bedrooms are configured to accommodate families with children, but it was great for just 3 adults too. Stylish and contemporary decor, open kitchen, living room and a great enclosed dining porch made it the perfect size for us. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the outside deck so close to the trees, listening to the birds and watching the fireflies at night. The hiking in this community is wonderful - most of the trails are along streams and waterfalls. The host is extremely helpful and responsive and made the whole process very easy. This place was spotless when we arrived. The whole process and communication was easy and great. The cabin is everything we needed and more. Super comfy and relaxing. The views on the back deck was awesome as well. We saw so many deer driving in and out. The only complaint I have, isn’t really a complaint as I would stay here again for sure, is the second bedroom upstairs is very close to the master. We visited the pool, dog park, pavilions for the lakes, and hiking trails and enjoyed all of them. Went to live music night at Creekside Grill on saturday, that was a lot of fun, tubed the french broad river, and went mountain biking at Dupont National Forest. The house was perfect for our family of 3 plus a dog, but there would definitely be room for more, or even 2 small families. The house pretty much had everything we needed, just brought food in, but were able to cook without difficulty. My son goes to summer camp right across the street, so we will definitely be back next year after we pick him up to unwind and explore! ##### laing m. The house was perfect for our group, four adults upstairs and two kids downstairs. Sitting on the back deck, it really does feel like it’s up in the treetops. Yasi was a generous, responsive host – we told her about a problem with a remote control and within an hour or two a replacement had been delivered. The steep roads make walking and running in the neighborhood a bit difficult, but the trails Yasi recommends are spectacular, particularly the Carson Creek loop. Our younger brother and cousins rented the house next door. Whenever at the houses we stayed at our house since it was so large with a nice big dinning room table and two living rooms! This house is very unique and really gives you the i predation that you’re in a tree! If ever in town again we will be booking with The Tree House! ##### Scott H. It was great for our family with 3 small kids and a dog. We hiked, swam in the lake, golfed, and overall enjoyed great family time. We cooked every meal either at the house or at the lake, and had everything we could need for both. It’s in a great location, we love the neighborhood. The supplied baby items was so great for us.
