From the enclosed terrace with landing stage and swimming ladder, you can step straight into the water. In winter, you can step onto the ice with the same ease. Relax with a good book on the lounge set and enjoy a cosy evening in the living room with underfloor heating and dining area. Not to mention the location! The water is in direct connection with the Loosdrechtse Plassen. So be sure to bring your own boat or hire a sloop from reception to explore the watery surroundings. Want to be more active? You can also go canoeing, supping, windsurfing and sailing. You will find plenty of moorings in the area where you can enjoy a coffee, lunch or dinner on a terrace overlooking the water. Leider bei unserem Einzug zuvor nicht gut gereinigt. Geschirr hatte viele Beschädigungen. Wasserdruck in der Dusche eher gering. Mückenschutz ist aufgrund der Wasserlage zu empfehlen. That being said I must have missed that we would carry linens from the office to make our own beds. We arrived after traveling all day tired and didn’t realize we would need to do this as well. There are NO extras not a pen & paper, paper towel , coffee for your first day until you can get to the grocery. Nothing. We were spoiled on the first part of our trip , they provided coffee, salt and pepper, several items to start your stay. Over all a lovely place to stay just come prepared. ##### Dawn C.
