No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware.

Rooms are clean, staff is nice, and the location is great. The mall is right across the street and there are other places of interest within minutes of the hotel. Our go to when in Grand Rapids.

Good room, good staff, only complaint was their coffee maker in the lobby. Would only give you a half a cup of coffee but I think that might have been a anti-scalding thing. I'm not sure. Love the room and the bed was wonderful and the room was clean
