He even had some neighborhood kids deliver us cookies and lemonade. The neighborhood and area is very nice and quiet as well. The house is VERY clean, and the bedrooms are spacious even with Cal King beds. All of the amenities, plenty of towels, extra bed sheets, and a fully equipped kitchen all in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and the game room downstairs was a great gathering place too. Within walking distance of everything in town.
