The picture on-line is a bit outdated as there is a new couch (fold out bed). The unit is on the first floor of the lodge, which is in a great location and just across the street from Four O'Clock to Town run from Peak 8\. Shuttle to gondola and lifts stops right in front of the lodge. Only a block or so from Main Street. People at the lodge were very friendly. I will say I was extremely frustrated with the communication before we booked. I asked questions about the property that weren't ever answered, even after bumping RedAwning twice, who said they would "reach out to local property manager" then because of the long delay, the price of our say went up approx. $120\. Very disappointed! Not as big as a deal was when we go there, the TV was cracked, assuming from the previous guest, but no one could get a new TV in time. Not as big of a deal as we don't watch that much TV, especially on vacation, but still to have paid that much and nothing to be done about it was another tough pill to swallow, my little girl would have watched TV when she woke up had it be functioning.
